Hidden deep within our souls are answers, well hidden, that can assist with our healing. Our mind can create and/or manifest many good or bad things. Our bodies are the vehicles that show those manifestations. By bypassing the mind or encouraging the mind to work with the body to heal is a gift given to each and everyone of us. My goal is to assist you in meeting your own “Inner Physician”, as only your own body holds “your” key to a healthy mind, body and spirit.

None of us are perfect and we need each other's expertise and guidance to really see where we belong and what keys are available out there to unlock the door to assist our journey.

Most of my modalities have a subtle energy component which will take us beyond the mind, as the mind can limit us to what we have long known, leaving out all the wonderful options that we can not even imagine available to us.

While there are various forms of massage and bodywork therapy, I have discovered there are certain systems in the body that I tend to work well with and appear to promote healing on a deeper level. Those systems are:

  • The Mind:
  • The Cells:
  • The Body:
  • Often creates unnecessary stress, negative beliefs which we learn to live by that leads to the health, or lack there of, of the body's cells
  • Dictate the health of the body and ultimately the spirit
  • The vehicle in which the mind and the cells display their positive or negative effects.

Whether you have experienced illness, stress or trauma through surgery, emotional, physical or mental abuse, drugs prescribed or misused, or negative lifestyle issues; I am here to guide you to better health, which in turn, means a happier and healthier you.

There are too many conditions these modalities are able to assist with however some of the more common ones, at least that I have dealt with are: Trauma (both emotional and physical), stress (acute or chronic), surgery (pre, post and plastic), edemas (including lymph-edema), depression, autism, fibromyalgia, sinusitis, allergies,Chiari malformations, chemotherapy, headaches/migraines, neck strains....the list is never ending.
